Baby Shower Recipes - Mini Steak Hordourves

I asked my husband what his favorite party food was that most impressed him? This is the recipe he shared with me . . . it reminds me of bruschetta, much more yummy!
Would you like to present something impressive and delicious to your guest, but don’t really have a lot of time? Here is a recipe were most of the work is done for you.
You can make this recipe in about 15 minutes before guests arrive and have a hot tasty hordourves ready for their arrival.
Here is what you need:
- 1 pound of beef tips pre-cooked and pre-package
- 1 loaf of French bread, sliced thin
- Pinch of garlic salt or powder
- 1 package of Béarnaise sauce (and any additional ingredients required on back of package)
- Scallions (garnish: optional)
Prepare Bearnaise sauce per directions.
Begin re-heating pre-cooked beef tips as per directions (normally 6-8 minutes) while sauce is setting.
Slice French bread and lightly toast.
Place bread on decorative platter.
Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt or powder.
Pour sauce over bread.
Place bite sized beef tips on top of sauce.
Garnish with top of scallion.
Drizzle Bearnaise sauce over top for a nice presentation. Balsamic glaze also works and adds a bit of sweetness.
