Go Green

With gas prices at a record high, we all are taking on new logic in our everyday lives. Trying to conserve, reduce, and recycle seems to be making since more and more as we try to save our environment for our children.

Making your baby shower green will be appreciated by your guests. As Americans we spend over 2 billion dollars on wrapping gifts with bows, decorative paper, and ribbon. At your next party encourage guests to simply give green.

Use old fabrics to decorate tables and wrap gifts. It is amazing what you can discover at Goodwill, Vintage fabrics, or even wallpaper. Search your garage and find items that you can reuse.

Bring out your crystal and china to serve guests or borrow from a friend. You could even gather flowers and greens from your lawn to create centerpieces. Take the time to be creative and create a memorable baby shower all while promoting a great cause to “GO GREEN”.
