Thank you Envelope Game

As hostess of a baby shower, your number one job is to help prepare the new mom for her big event.  This game is such a help and super simple!

 

What you need:

• Thank you cards and envelopes.
• One small gift for the winner.

 

As guests arrive, have each guest write his/her own name and address on the Thank You envelopes. Then, have them place their addressed envelopes in a bowl or basket near by. 

 

Sometime during the the party, get the evelopes.  Be sure to mix and shake them well.  Then the mom-to-be picks one envelope….which is the winner! 

 

This is a simple game to play near the end of the party, and it is very helpful for the mom-to-be.  Everyone seems to enjoy a raffle!  And, this is a perfect game no matter the mixture of guests you have collected. 

 

An additional nice touch to personalize things a bit is to take pictures of each gift being opened by the new mommy.  Print the pictures and give them to the new mom-to-be to include in her thank you cards.

 

You can place additional pictures from the party in a nice album for the new mom-to-be as a keepsake.  She is sure to thank you over and over for making things so easy and memorable!
